About

The Virtual Training Course 2024 was developed to provide a live (virtual) version of the GivePulse Training Course for NPO Users and included networking and collaborative opportunities with peers. This 4-week course helped administrators gain a holistic understanding of GivePulse from the admin and volunteer/user perspectives. 

Each week, participants focused on a topic and worked through self-paced exercises to prepare them to apply GivePulse functionality to address day-to-day workflows and processes for volunteers, staff and community partners.

  • Week 1: Module 1 - Course Overview + User View
  • Week 2: Module 2 - Admin Functionality + Form Building 
  • Week 3: Module 3 - Group Management
  • Week 4: Module 4 - Event + Impact Management
