We need volunteers to help raise awareness of the United for Business services available to businesses in Thornton on December 10th, 8:30am to 11:00 am in-person
Our United for Business team plans to drop spend Thursday morning on December 10th to verbally share information about our programs, collect names/numbers from business owners who are interested in learning more, and leaving flyers for business owners.
An opportunity to canvass the businesses on Washington Street, in Thornton, CO between 104th and 73rd blocks of Washnington St. in Thornton.
We are looking for 5 volunteers who will be paired with UFB staff or another volunteer in groups of two and assigned street boundaries to canvass.
VIRTUAL TRAINING REQUIRED:
Prior to the volunteer opportunity there will be a virtual training that will cover talking points, goals of the volunteer opportunity, our program, and any other necessary information for canvassing.
Virtual training will take place Monday, December 7th at 4:30pm to 5:00pm, link to access training will be sent 24 hours in advance.
