HOPE IN EVERY BUNDLE: LAYETTE KITS FOR NEW MOMS

A small act of generosity. A big expression of God’s love for mothers and babies in need.

Catholic Charities Marisol Health and Marisol Family programs are dedicated to walking alongside new and expecting mothers—offering compassionate care, support and resources during one of life’s most important journeys.

One beautiful way we serve these women is by providing a layette set—a bundle of essential baby items that help moms welcome their little ones with dignity and love. These kits include everything from onesies and blankets to nail clippers and diapers—items that many families cannot easily afford on their own.

But we can’t do this alone.

We rely entirely on the generosity of individuals, families, parishes and community groups to provide these items. Each layette kit is built with love, thanks to your donations!

We are looking for 12 groups to adopt one (or more!) month for the next year to gather the items to create 10-15 kits, which will help to meet the needs of new moms across Denver and Northern Colorado.  Please sign up for the month that your group is willing to take on.

Every donation—big or small—helps ensure a mother feels seen, supported and set up for success.

Requested Layette Kit Items - 

• Diaper Bag or Basket to put items in
• Onesies 0-6 months
• Baby sleeper gown/jammies 0-6 months
• Newborn diapers
• Wet wipes
• Diaper rash cream
• Baby shampoo/ body wash
• Baby Washcloth
• Burp cloths
• Bibs
• Swaddle/receiving blanket 
  
• Baby bottles- (specifically the Dr. Brown's and Phillip's Avent (shorter bottles- 4 oz- 5oz) 

You are welcome to add other items as you wish! Ideas are:

• Upgrade the basket
• A safe snuggly toy
• A board book
• Baby thermometer
• etc
