Children’s Holiday Party is our largest community outreach event of the year! Thank you for joining us as a volunteer.
Thanks to generous donations from individuals and community partners, Mile High United Way provides a toy store every year where parents can select new gifts for their children. Children will have the opportunity to meet Santa and engage in holiday-themed activities. At the end of the day, families will leave with great holiday memories, treasured homemade keepsakes and wrapped gifts. Help Mile High United Way reach our goal of serving 1,000 children this year!

Please note if you plan to drop off supplies at our building, we are only accepting supplies Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. until December 4. Please contact volunteer@unitedwaydenver.org for questions about drives or to coordinate a drop off.

Dress Requirements: This will be a high energy, indoor/ outdoor opportunity so please wear comfortable, warm layered clothing.
Children- This is a family friendly event. Children 17 and younger are welcome to volunteer at this event with an adult at the same station. If you are planning to volunteer with children, you will be able to add them to your registration and do not need to create a separate registration for them. Everyone 18 and older should register separately.
Language- Bilingual volunteers needed, especially for the Bilingual Welcome and Personal Shopper roles.
If you are completing hours that need to documented, you must contact our staff at volunteer@unitedwaydenver.org prior to registering to confirm the compatibility of this event with your needs and to make arrangements for the documentation.

| Santa's Helpers Photo Booth Shift 3 | 1:30pm (MT) | 4:00pm (MT) | 711 Park Avenue West Denver, Colorado 80205 | Santa's Helpers will be assisting with photos taken with Santa. Volunteers will help with crowd control, positioning kiddos for the picture, taking and printing pictures. Volunteers are especially encouraged to dress up for this role and to wear layers.

This event will serve nearly 400 families and we hand out nearly 2,000 toys, be prepared to wrap a bundle of gifts! There may be families interested in helping wrap their own gifts too.
