About

Drop in Tech Help is a program of the Boulder Public Library through which patrons can receive support with basic technology questions. Drop in Tech Help is available during Saturday Sessions (11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Meadows and 1 – 3 p.m. in the Main Library’s Eldorado Room). Trained volunteers assist adults with basic technology needs including managing their phones, tablets, computers, social media accounts, passwords, and access to free library e-books. Completion of an application, training, and shadowing of current volunteers is required to volunteer.

We are not recruiting new volunteers at this time, but if you fill out the volunteer application, we will keep you in mind for substitute positions. In the meantime, support the community by directing people who need help with technology to utilize the service: Boulder Public Library District » Tech Help/Apoyo Técnico Personalizado.Thank you!
