About
WELCOME TPS WORKSHOP VOLUNTEERS!
Volunteer Opportunity:
Throughout 2024 we will be coordinating workshops to help eligible new arrivals apply for Temporary Protected Status. These are scheduled approximately one per month and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Volunteers can support these workshops through a variety of roles, including application support to attorneys, interpretation, logistical support, and others. No prior legal experience is required.
Volunteer requirements:
Volunteers for “Application Preparation: Non attorney” should be at least 18 years old due to the mature nature of conversations that may take place in order to prepare applications for adults seeking temporary protection.

If you sign up to volunteer for a workshop and find you are unable to make it, please let us know ASAP, so that we can find a substitute. Every volunteer slot is needed!
