Aurora Community Connection

Aurora Community Connection is a nonprofit that develops the capacities of underserved families, increase access to resources, and promote social equity. Serves primarily the latinx community, and focus is access to health and education.  Offer tutoring for kids, parenting for adults, wellness classes, and lots of health and nutrition programs.  Aurora Connection Connection helps with Health Access, emergency Medicaid applications and SNAP applications.
