2019 Denver Day of Service

Volunteers have the opportunity to learn each job our participants learn while she is employed with us. Each volunteer will be partnered with a participant to learn her job for the day. This will include main production, bundle production, shipping & Receiving, working in our retail store, and basket production. Each of our women will train you in her job for the time specified. Women's Bean Project believes all women have the power to transform their lives through employment. So we hire women who are chronically unemployed and teach her to produce many nourishing foods we sell through some of the largest retailers in the country. Through their work at The Bean, the women learn to stand tall, find their purpose, and break the cycle of poverty. Because when you change a women life, you change her family's life.
