| Description | Volunteers may participate in one of two ways. The first is to work directly with our clients as a shopping assistant. These volunteers will greet clients, help them find the school clothes they need for their children and check them out when finished shopping. These volunteers need to show a great deal of patience and empathy towards our shoppers who often are in challenging circumstances and sometimes don't speak English.
