Bridging the Gap Career Week

The purpose of the Ross shopping trip on 16th Street Mall is to support young people in finding interview-ready attire. It doesn’t always happen, but we have had a number of young people who had never experienced picking out their own clothes before this. The goal is to have each young person leave the store with at least one COMPLETE interview-ready outfit that they are comfortable in and that makes them feel confident. Volunteers for this workshop should be enthusiastic and able to provide constructive feedback on outfits while encouraging young people to stay true to themselves and to their style. *PLEASE NOTE: this volunteer opportunity is NOT at the Mile High United Way building
