Please wear comfortable clothing, closed toed shoes, a mask, and anything blue, orange and white!

Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.

Description

Volunteers will be sorting and stocking clothes in Baby Bucks.

The Baby Bucks basic needs store fills in the gaps for moms with all the essentials they need to raise a child, including diapers, wipes, clothes, books, and toys. Most of the inventory comes in through in-kind donations of gently used items, and these items need to be sorted and stocked. Volunteers will help sort, stock, and organize donations in the store.

Requirements: Mask wear is required, social distancing guidelines will be followed, and some of the work will be possible to do outside, weather-permitting. In addition the the above, we ask that volunteers bring enough water for themselves for the day. We do not currently have access to refill water.
