National Virtual Volunteer Week with Mile High United Way

Contribute your favorite recipe to the FloCrit Food at Home virtual recipe book! For most of us, this is the most eating at home we’ve done in a long time, if not ever. Provide inspiration with basic recipes that the young moms at Florence Crittenton can prepare with and for their kids. All recipes will be translated into Spanish for our families whose primary language is Spanish. Recipes should be: • Simple, with easy instructions and common ingredients • Scalable. Many of our moms live with many people in one home and recipes should be easily scaled up or down depending on number of eaters • Bonus if you include a photo(s) of you preparing the recipe or the final dish! Our team will email instructions of where to send it to everyone who is registered to volunteer the day of the event (April, 23rd).
