  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to attend an in-person event. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.

Description: Gratitude Grams for Healthcare Heroes - Send a personal thank you note to our doctors, nurses and many team members on the front lines! Choose your favorite gratitude gram below to personalize and send to our team. Then, we’ll print and display your card in a common area for our healthcare heroes to see. Guidelines: You can select a location or route your message to all team members at Children’s Colorado. Cards with personal health information such as full name, diagnosis or other unique identifiers cannot be shared; please do not include details that could identify you, your child or another patient personally. Our team will do their best to print and display your card within 1 to 2 business days. We will not be able to confirm the placement of individual cards. Thank you for your kindness and for recognizing those who continue to provide the best in pediatric care throughout the coronavirus pandemic, and always!
