  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to attend an in-person event. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.

Description: Chalk Art Project - Join us at our Anschutz campus to create some sidewalk art and notes for our patients, families and team members. 

Dress: Please wear comfortable clothing, closed toed shoes, and a mask.

Requirements:  
Will be outside, so please dress for the weather and bring sunscreen, snacks, water, etc.  Will be writing in chalk on the ground, so will need to be physically able to write on the ground. Signed photo consent form.
