Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
- Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.
- Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

| Description | April 22nd is Earth Day! Celebrate by volunteering with Denver Parks and Recreation at Bear Creek Park. Description: Mulch tress and debris removal. Requirements: Volunteers are responsible for bringing signed liability waiver(s) on the day of the event. Waivers will be sent one week prior to volunteers. Volunteers should bring their own gloves, water, sunscreen, and a hat (recommended). Dress: Please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing for outdoors, closed toed shoes, and a mask. Bring your own gloves. Bring your own water jug/plenty of water/cups. MHUW Lead: Please arrive 30 minutes early and wear a blue Live United shirt.
