The majority of jobs do not require prior training or experience. These jobs will have volunteers at the location to give direction. Jobs that do require training (such as launch driving) will have additional questions attached to the shift.

| Description | Quickly and safely launch boats. Firmly call out "2 minutes for launching!" to each crew/rower entering the dock. Direct rowers where to place boats efficiently to maximize dock space (i.e. all singles on one side of the dock to leave room for an 8+ on opposite) Notify rowers to push smaller boats all the way to end of dock. Always ask crew or cox if they would like a gentle push off the dock before doing so, and be sure traffic is clear. |
