2025 Big Sugar Classic Gravel and MTB (old)

Professional racers will be randomly drug tested after the finish.You will be assigned a rider finishing placement upon arrival at the event (ex: male 6th place). It is the chaperone's job to find and stay with your assigned athlete after the race until they get drug tested.

 Volunteer Check-in and drug testing occur at Arvest Bank Conference Center, 210 N Main St Must be 18+. Looking for outgoing volunteers.This position requires you to read and sign a waiver, so bring reading glasses if you need them.

Please come through the back entrance of the Arvest Bank Conference Center, it's located off Main and Legion - across from the Walmart and right off the start/finish line. 

Check-in with Heather.  If she is not inside Arvest, she is likely at the Finish Line.  You may call/text her at 214-796-9356 upon arrival.
