From distributing bibs, shirts, and goody bags to providing answers to bib look-up, directional, and informational questions - captains are responsible for working with race staff to make sure everyone has the information and tools they need, making sure volunteers remain on task, and providing excellent customer service. Training and instructions will be available prior to the event. |
