Volunteers who are serving during the event on August 1 should watch the linked orientation video prior to their shift to learn more about about parking, check-in, safety procedures and what to expect. (The video is approximately 12 minutes and the speed can be adjusted in the settings.)

| Description | Volunteers in the float role will be assigned to a station, such as backpack distribution, check in, family activity or hospitality, based on where there is the most need. The volunteer will be at one station for the entire shift, arriving during the event, engaging with families during the event and staying after the event ends to help with clean up. |
