2026 Day of Caring

Project: Potential projects include repacking food items, assembling distribution bags, sorting eggs, sorting donations, or cleaning.

Requirements: You can expect your project to require bending, lifting (upwards of 25-50 lbs.), and standing. 

To help the check in process go more quickly tomorrow please be sure to complete the steps below if you haven't already.

For this event you will need to register via Community Food Share's volunteer page by following their checklist bellow:

1. Create Your Profile & Register  
Each group member must create a volunteer profile and register via Mile High United Way group’s calendar: https://vhub.at/milehighunitedwayCFS

You’re not registered until you receive a confirmation email.   

2. Watch the Safety Video  

 Please watch Community Food Share's safety video before arrival. Closed-toed shoes are required!  

  3. Let Us Know About Accommodations  

If anyone has specific needs, they will do their best to accommodate.

  4. Monitor Your Email  

Look out for confirmation and reminder emails with parking details and Volunteer Team contacts. 

Last-minute event cancellations are rare, but they do occur. You will be notified via email if there is a cancellation.
