2026 Big Sugar Classic (MTB & Gravel)

Help bring the expo to life before athletes arrive! Volunteers will assist with setting up the expo area by placing tables, chairs, tents, fencing, and signage, while also helping vendors unload equipment and locate their assigned booth spaces. This role involves working outdoors, light to moderate lifting, and plenty of teamwork to create a welcoming and organized event village.

We look forward to seeing you on Thursday! Wear comfortable footwear and clothing you don't mind standing in and carrying boxes in. Bring a rain jacket just in case, weather looks like we might see rain. We will have lunch provided, but be sure to bring a refillable water bottle from home to stay hydrated and any personal snacks you might want. 

We appreciate you, see you at The Momentary in the courtyard (with the outdoor seating that faces the tower) at the Volunteer tent. 

PS, neighborhood parking, parking at 8th street, or using The Momentary parking garage off 8th street should work well on Thursday. If you can arrive by bicycle, that's always ideal and a lot easier on you to access The Momentary campus. See you then!
