2026 Big Sugar Classic (MTB & Gravel)

Be part of the excitement as athletes arrive! Volunteers will help create a smooth and welcoming check-in experience by assisting with athlete registration, checking in participants using a computer, distributing bike plates, T-shirts, and goodie bags, and directing athletes to the appropriate stations. No experience is necessary, we'll provide training, and friendly customer service is the most important part of this role.

We look forward to seeing you on Friday! Wear comfortable footwear and clothing you don't mind standing in and walking The Momentary grounds in. Bring a rain jacket just in case, weather looks like we might see rain. We will have a meal provided, but be sure to bring a refillable water bottle from home to stay hydrated and any personal snacks you might want.

We appreciate you, see you at The Momentary in the courtyard (with the outdoor seating that faces the tower) at the Volunteer tent.

PS, give yourself plenty of time to get parked and make your way to the Volunteer HQ tent in The Momentary courtyard to check in. We'll make sure you have a shirt and get you set up for success in your designated area.
