2026 Big Sugar Classic (MTB & Gravel)

Help keep the Expo running smoothly throughout the day! Volunteers will assist wherever needed by emptying trash bins, tidying vendor and common areas, restocking supplies, moving equipment, and helping with other general event tasks. This is a flexible role that's perfect for volunteers who enjoy staying busy, solving problems, and ensuring athletes, vendors, and guests have a great expo experience.

We look forward to seeing you on Friday! Wear comfortable footwear and clothing you don't mind standing in and walking The Momentary grounds in. Bring a rain jacket just in case, weather looks like we might see rain. We will have a meal provided, but be sure to bring a refillable water bottle from home to stay hydrated and any personal snacks you might want.

We appreciate you, see you at The Momentary in the courtyard (with the outdoor seating that faces the tower) at the Volunteer tent.

PS, give yourself plenty of time to get parked and make your way to the Volunteer HQ tent in The Momentary courtyard to check in. We'll make sure you have a shirt and get you set up for success in your designated area.
