2026 Big Sugar Classic (MTB & Gravel)

Aid Station – Pineville Help keep riders fueled and hydrated at the Pineville Aid Station! Volunteers will assist with unloading the event vehicle, setting up the aid station, and providing water, sports drink, and nutrition to athletes as they pass through. Throughout the shift, you'll help replenish food and beverages, keep the area clean and organized, and cheer on riders during their journey. At the end of the shift, volunteers will help break down the aid station, pack all equipment back into the truck, and load bagged or boxed trash for removal.

Location instructions in Pineville:

• 100 mile riders will be coming up Main Street, and take a sharp right onto 5th Street. 

• The Aid Station tents and tables can be set up off 5th St in a grassy section off the street.

• Do not set up in the street. 

• Driver of the U-Haul can park it in front of the tent section, in the road, while you unload and set up, then park it in the church or other street parking spaces off Main that you may find, north of 5th. 

• Keep 5th St free of cars, parked bikes, etc. so racers have a clear path through. 

• Main Street will have feed zones for the elite teams as indicated in the red bar in the image above.  

• Volunteer parking will be at the First Baptist Church; there are 2 lots

• Crew parking will be all other areas to the left (or west) of 5th and Main
