Dress Requirements: This will be a high energy, indoor/ outdoor opportunity so please wear comfortable, warm layered clothing.
Children- This is a family friendly event. Children 17 and younger are welcome to volunteer at this event with an adult at the same station. If you are planning to volunteer with children, you will be able to add them to your registration and do not need to create a separate registration for them. Everyone 18 and older should register separately.
Language- Bilingual volunteers needed, especially for the Bilingual Welcome and Personal Shopper roles.
If you are completing hours that need to documented, you must contact our staff at volunteer@unitedwaydenver.org prior to registering to confirm the compatibility of this event with your needs and to make arrangements for the documentation.

| Description | Volunteers at the Book nook station will set up the book station, unpack the books and arrange them by age and reading level in the book station before the event begins. Help families select books that fits their needs and interests. Restock and organize books as they are selected. This station will require bending and lifting to organizing the books. Volunteers will arrive at 8:00 to have plenty of time before the event begins to start organizing the area. |
