Rowing Dock Cleanup

Greetings Volunteers, we’d like to thank you for volunteering with Keep Austin Beautiful. You'll be giving some extra care to the lake and trails. You have signed up to participate in the Rowing Dock waterway cleanup. All ages are welcome at this site with adult supervision. A watercraft will be provided to you by Rowing Dock so there is no fee associated. **Please note that if you do not arrive by 2:15 p.m. on the day of the cleanup, you will automatically forfeit your spot on the lake and it will be offered to the next volunteer.**

Your Lake Leader for this site will be The Rowing Dock Staff and they will have your cleanup supplies, helpful safety guidelines, and further instructions for you.

Event Details

·    Starting Location: The Rowing Dock (2418 Stratford Dr, Austin, TX 78746)

·    Parking: Parking is available on site & there is additional parking available underneath the Mopac bridge (76CG+QQ Austin, Texas) Please leave valuables and non-essential items at home. Do not leave your valuables in your car (even if you think you've hidden them). Zilker Park has seen an increase in car theft. Rowing Dock is not responsible for any stolen/damaged items. 

·    Things to Bring: A FULL bottle of water & snack

If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your shift at your earliest convenience to re-open those spots for registration.
