Niang Cing

I volunteer at Pantry garden, where people grow all kinds of vegetables for seniors and handicapped people. I removed some weed and then spread compost all over the soil. I plant salad and pepper. After that, I water them . Even though, I was the only one volunteered today, I had some fun because I know it is for a good cause. I plan to do this more often.

I volunteer on UT explore day. I worked as a shuttle bus greeter. Greeting people, waving to to the kids, and giving them a smile all day. I made them feel welcome so they could enjoy their adventure, It was great to see many students and parents coming from a distance to see the great things that UT has to offer. It was my pleasure seeing them really excited too.

***I have my volunteer verification form, which is signed by the event supervisor.***
