Our son had a wonderful time once he got to the red carpet which took over an hour for him and his friends. The only suggestion I can see to speed this up would be to have 2 red carpets lines splitting from the front door area (going down separate staircases in this venue) then joining back when the participant gets to the super heroes area. The man doing the introductions is phenomenal but this seems to be the bottleneck area causing the line to back up and move so slowly. All the helpers/staff were great. Thank you again!

Everyone there serving was extremely friendly and welcoming and genuinely seemed friendly. My only suggestion would be adding some sort of a sign that says start here. Thank you for all your efforts!
