Our group sanded, cleaned and painted railings and the deck at The Blind Center of NC.

I helped my friend who is a coach gather materials (candy and eggs), set up and facilitate an Easter egg hunt for elementary and middle school girls lacrosse teams.

I donated thirty cans for a canned food drive.

I donated for the toy donation drive for the holidays.

I donated twenty-five cans to the local food drive for Homecoming week.

I spent time making cards for essential workers. Making cards for essential workers was really meaningful especially during the pandemic to show appreciation for all the hard work and time they have given this year.

I love working with the kids every day I can! Tutoring and reading with them is very rewarding.

I love working with the kids on their homework from school and their practice worksheets. I feel like I am actually making a difference by working one on one with them.
