Spending time baking goods was great experience. It allowed us to learn how to work as group. I loved this service.

During this event, we made encouraging cards to elementary children. It was nice to know that I am able to make a child's day much better, and that I am encouraging children to do what they want in life.

After ULN' 17 Kick Off Event, we helped serve Jim Jim's Ice Water to the students. I found it nice how the students were excited to get out of the series to come and get some Jim Jim's Ice Water. This was an enjoyable event to help with.

After the ULN 20 Kick Off Event, we helped serve Jim Jim's Ice Water. It was exciting to see us work together to make sure we served all of the students. I also found it nice to see a smile on the students face when they realized that this was for them.

At the event, I was able to help Jester West Residence Hall council set up and run the event. I was interesting to see the things that is need to tie dye a shirt. I was also fun to see how excited people get making tie dye shirts.

I was able to help break down everything when the internship fair was over. It was nice to see how smooth and fast everything went when everyone there worked as a team to clean up.

I helped put out clothes for a yard sale which was fun to do. I didn't seem like there was a lot of clothes but there was quite a bit clothes.

During this time of volunteering, my task was to help assist the children there with an activity that involved creating an entire city out of legos. Being able to see the different cities that children can build with Lego is amazing. I was able to help them with their cities by giving them ideas on how they can do certain things. Seeing the expressions on their faces after they saw their finished product, made me very happy.

It was fun spending my time gardening, I liked the idea that I was able to work with others as a team to give back to my community and the environment. It allowed me to learn and better my team working skills. This was a day well spent.
