On Some Sunday's I volunteer in the morning by waking up early to help setup for a church that meets at the Baker school on 38th street called Midtown Church. This involved taking all the cafeteria tables down and moving them and then setting up the stage with the band's equipment, setting up all of the chairs, the children's sanctuary, and all of the welcome and hospitality tables. I have now also started serving on the connections team. Here I hand out the connection cards and greet each person that comes through the doors. I also take up offering and help connect new visitors by giving them information about the church and where/how they can get plugged in.
