Had a great time transporting performers to their stages in golf carts and vans. It was raining but I still had a good time.

I had a great time once again volunteering at the NC Folk Festival. This year I was working in Transportation where I would talk the performers to their stages.

I had a great time meeting new people, creating kits for kids, and sharing old memories from my past years. I truly enjoyed this event and look forward to the events STEMantics and Queen City Aggies hold in the future.

Today was the finals and I threw t-shirts to the fans in the crowd. I met so many new people and networked with amazing individuals. This was truly a great opportunity and I had a great time. I would definitely do it again!

I had a great time meeting my mentee and learning the steps to becoming and staying resilient. We had a guest speaker talk with us about peotry and how it can be an outlet for our emotions. We wrote our own poems based on who or what brought us the most joy, comfortability, and easiness. Check out the poem I wrote as a result. Can't wait to see what next weeks session will hold.

Today was the quarter-finals. I worked fan fest in the morning, interacting and engaging with kids until the games started for the day. I threw T-shirts, bracelets, and sweatbands to fans during timeouts and quarter breaks. So thankful for this opportunity.

Today, I had the opportunity to be a court attendant. I wiped the court during the game anytime a player fell down helped out during halftime.

Had a great time setting up for the Women's ACC Tournament and getting to know the people I would be working with.

I was able to pack supply boxes for Guildford County teachers as well as gift them a poster describing how wonderful a teacher is.

Had a great time getting creative making cards for the kids at Cone Health Hospital.
