It didn't seem that I was really needed. Apparently although there weren't many volunteers set up, the RA's all wanted to be there so I was pretty superfluous. One student at a time came to a table staffed by 5 people to pick up a t-shirt, sticker and one other item.

It was helpful to attend this event to understand the set up and planning and to see the excitement of all the new students.
