over a bed of rice

salt and freshly ground black pepper
2½ cups buttermilk, olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 pound medium Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled, sliced ¼ inch thick

Garlic Honey Shrimp with Asparagus
-Olive Oil, sear Pan
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of minced garlic
- garlic powder, salt, pepper as desired for taste.
- 1 stick of butter
Clean Shrimp, Season them, place them on low heat for 10-15 min, do not overcook they shrink and lose taste.
- Cut and Clean asparagus add them to the mix to soak up those yummy flavors!
serve and enjoy a healthy simple fast meal.
