It was fun to see this photo in action. This is a great tradition and memory for students. It was easy to direct them...only a few people are needed for that. Mostly T shirts needed to be passed out so more people doing that specifically.
The NSO orientation check-in was set up wonderfully and the info I was provided was excellent! Everything has been thought of!
People loved that we do this for the community! I was happy to part of this to help divert things from trash or the curb.
Move-in volunteering is very organized, and I really appreciate getting a CU shirt! I like helping the families as they come into their residence hall. It's an overwhelming time for them and helping in any way makes it feel like I have an impact, especially since I am not usually student facing.
I love helping the parents and students with move-in! It is a huge point in their lives and if we can make it easy and memorable in an enjoyable way, that is amazing! It was a hot day though!
