Packet pickup is a great time. A good way to welcome new riders and greet returning riders.

Worked on start/finish line set up, placing metal fencing, moving the big circus tents etc. this is such a great event and it was a pleasure to help out. I’ll be donating my hours to my son Tyler Phillips for next year’s ride.

Worked on Expo breakdown and haul away, dismantled kids area, consolidated street signs, broke down boxes, bagged bike racks, picked up trash and rolled fencing. Lots of heavy lifting and hopefully we left things cleaner than they were to start.

This is an outstanding event, hosted by people who have the attitude and experience to pull off a great event.
