I love volunteering at the fit clinics! They are so well-organized and run, and it's very fun helping people mend their clothes or build a costume. I got to make two little girls a very cute unicorn horn for their unicorn headbands! And help another turn a onesie that was a little too hot into a shortie onesie she could wear in the heat.

The equipment was comprehensive and functional and Carina (not sure of the spelling) was a welcoming, lovely host. Since this was the first time as this location, we had very few people that needed help, but I’m hopeful that once word is out, more of the attendees will take advantage of the offering! Since the church only has one washing machine and drier, it might be helpful to consider bringing donated clothes and offering mending and fitting to give to people.
