Being able to meet the families who utilize our site made the experience so much more rewarding! We could see the immediate impact we had
During the Spring 2025 GOTR 5k, I volunteered at the "Happy Hair" station. The station allows girls to add hair color and face paint to get them excited before the 5K.
As a GOTR 5K Volunteer, I was able to encourage girls as they crossed the finish line. I distributed snacks and drinks, as well as completion medals.
Each crew member and volunteer was very nice and helpful. I can't wait to volunteer at the next Swap!
