Went to the Women’s Empowerment: “Rest” Conference, it was an honorable event for women who needed winding down time to take a break from work or etc. I learned alot and listened to people opinions about “Rest” for women. I am grateful to experience an event I can relate to, give my own opinion on rest as a young adult college student, and communicate with other women at the event. I had fun seeing others win prizes by the ticket number call out. The food was amazing and I am willing to have another opportunity to come to an health program event again.

Helped packed (distribute) bags with food and gave it to people through the drive thru. This was an engaging event where I collaborated with UMMC Students.

Finished my poster board with color for tomorrow event at the Women’s Empowerment: The “Rest” Conference.

I did another poster board drawing with a woman resting for the Woman’s Empowerment: The “Rest” Conference event on October 21st.

Did community service for JSU STUDENT CENTER OPERATIONS PRESENTS: YARDFEST 2026 VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES it was an amazing event interacting with people and helping out.

I helped with another poster board idea for the Women’s Empowerment: The “Rest” Conference Event.

I have helped out in the laboratory to clean any bins, organize lab equipment. It was an easy community service event where u interact with people while also helping the PhD professors in the laboratory rooms. I was also being the desk letting students come by to staple anything or to get gloves.
