Overview on give pulse, academic recovery, and more
The month of Ramadan is a religious holiday where Muslims increase their faith by engaging in more righteous actions and from abstaining from what is evil.
Every day through Mar 1-31, I came in around 5:30-7:00 pm to set up tables for food and help organize what will be distributed by communicating with the kitchen staff. From 7:30-8:05 pm I would help serve hot food like rice, chicken, chickpeas, or salad to people. Then from 11:00-11:15 pm I would help clean up the facility by trashing water bottles and items that have been left over and returning items where they should be. I repeated this every day for the month of March.

Completed a religious purification of a corpse. A team of 6 people including me cleaned the body of a person who had passed away recently. What included was entering the room with proper dress code: gloves masks and aprons. We then listened to instructions from the our coordinator Abubukar as he instructed us on how to clean the body. Once the washing was complete, we wrapped the corpse in a white fabric and placed the body in casket.
Event went over many things one being how hours will be made. Starting next semester hours have to be made on campus.
