I had a lot of fun and it felt good to give back!

We had a very interactive Sunday. The children perform in front of the church They perform a dance and wave their flags as well. We learn about Jesus being a servant to others. He washed his disciples feet. I help put the flags together, that the children used in their performance.

We reviewed the story of the prodigal son and did a cleaning penny experiment in reference to how god clean and erase our sins in class. Overall great interactive class.

This Sunday, I volunteer with the Pre-K students. They was very active, involved, and highly excited. Today's lesson was about Nehemiah building the wall and how it is important to listen to god and follow his directions.

This was my first time leading class, it was very fun and exciting. I help the kids with class activities, we watched a bible movie on superbook. We had a very fun interactive lesson about Esther and her saving her people from genocide. We even did a mini play and the kids was the actors.

I assisted with various activities for elementary students, including cutting out paper for their projects. I supported the kids as they worked on their world puzzles and coloring activities, and participated in their Bible study lesson. At the end of the day, I helped clean up by vacuuming the classroom, putting up chairs, and organizing the space.

I volunteer at Revival, now known as Global Church. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with the pastor and his wife, where I gained insight into the church’s values and goals. I also learned about how the kids' ministry operates. During my time there, I assisted with preparing materials for kids’ activities by cutting out paper, helped prepare snacks for the children, and got to know other volunteers. Additionally, I learned how to manage the children's sign-in process.
