It was interesting to learn about the reach KAF has! I did not realize that so many volunteers and partner orgs (donors and recipient centers) were involved! It is truly amazing.

It was a deeply special day. Denise was a kind and funny guide for us. It felt like being with family :) I was welcomed and loved on by Sage and the puppies + all the plant guardians. I helped with a measurement task for an invasive species removal project. I worked alongside Lucille and another volunteer. It was a surreal and inspiring experience being there and I hope to stay plugged in + joining again ❤️
