Our last day at Northeast Middle School with P.S. I Love Me through Black Boy Diary was truly heartwarming and inspiring. We wrapped up the journey with the kids by celebrating their growth, creativity, and the powerful affirmations they’ve developed over the past weeks. Together, we reflected on everything we’ve learned—about self-love, identity, and resilience—and encouraged the students to continue carrying those lessons forward. The energy in the room was full of joy and hope as we said our goodbyes, leaving behind not just words, but lasting impressions and a deeper sense of purpose. It was an unforgettable conclusion to a beautiful chapter.

Today, we practiced self confidence with the middle school students of North East Middle School! We were able to motivate the kids by doing confidence building activities like dance battles, affirmations, and other things such as bonding sessions and public speaking. I always have a good time with Black Boy Diary and the students of North East! I look forward to more opportunities to serve!
We had the honor of ministering at Greensboro Urban Ministry, and it was a truly moving experience. Through acts of service, we provided meals to families in need, shared love through creative crafts with the children, and poured our hearts into conversation and connection. We also took a moment to share the gift of music—singing songs that reminded them (and us) of hope, faith, and joy even in hard times.
Today we had the chance to work with NorthEast Middle School. This was a great time as we played different bonding games and filled out worksheets that help the kids get to know themselves better. I always have a great time with P.S. I love me. I look forward to more events!
Today I had the opportunity to make cards for a cause for hospitalized women and children. This was an amazing opportunity to not only give back to my community but to support a fellow aggie, Morgan Best. I really enjoy these type of activities because the impact they make can go way beyond our imaginations. Spread love this Valentines!
Today, I had the opportunity to volunteer with Black Boy Diary’s X Men on the Move! This was a great experience as we wrote valentine’s day cards for NorthEast Middle School as well as our fellow aggies! I look forward to more events with Black Boy Diary!
Some fellow Aggies and I created a slideshow lesson plan about self-confidence for Northeast Middle School through Black Boy Diary: P.S. I Love Me, aiming to empower students by helping them recognize their self-worth. The lesson incorporated themes that encourage atudents to embrace their strengths, challenge negative self-talk, and develop a positive mindset. Through interactive discussions, reflective exercises, and affirmations, we designed an engaging and supportive environment where students could explore what confidence means to them. Our goal was to inspire them to believe in themselves, value their unique qualities, and carry that confidence into their daily lives.
I had a great time participating in the Project H.O.P.E packing party. It was an eye-opening experience since I had never been part of something like this before. I’m also looking forward to attending the luncheon, where the gift bags we prepared will be distributed to homeless individuals.
Through Aggie Heartz I was able to give back to my community. By donating, it not only shows an initiative to better the community but also yourself. Thank you Aggie Heartz.

We appreciate the love!
