The game between PGCC and Hagerstown was pretty enjoyable and evenly matched. Although both teams had strong offensive periods, unfortunately, Hagerstown scored two early goals in the first half. With PGCC has had some close early attempts to score. In addition, like the previous few games, PGCC continues to have a problem with having a larger disparity of fouls compared to the opposing school. Overall, it was a great game.

Today's mini session was insightful and full of small but important tidbits. One essential piece of information I would be using in the future is the website "CollegeTuitionCompare" to compare the cost of attendance between potential schools. During the session, I was surprised by the drastic cost difference between community college and public universities. According to the slide show, tuition ranges from roughly 11k to 42k, which is significantly higher than PGCC.
The game was really unlucky for PGCC. It was a clean game by Howard Community College. The most memorable part of the game was the first scored goal. The corner pass and smooth shot were sharp. It wasn't the best played game by PGCC with the high number of penalties.
Flawless match by PGCC, with a strong first half and dominant second half. The best goal of the night was the first score. A great assist into a clean goal. However, there were a few mistakes by both teams. Notably, the third goal was a result of an accidental drop by Howard Community College goalkeeper. Nevertheless, good game.
This is one of the more enjoyable games I attended while at PGCC. The Owls held strong offensive momentum and applied a lot of pressure on the opposing school. The highlight of the match was definitely the second goal scored by PGCC. The play was clean and clinical. Hopefully, the team could create a win streak going into their next game.
Not too much offensive action from the PGCC side; it seemed very dominant from the opponent, with multiple scores in the second half. Disappointed with the end result between the two teams, but overall I enjoyed the performance from both schools. Hopefully, the Owls can win the next game out.
Although I am a little unfamiliar with soccer, the game was a little disappointing, ending in a tie. It was mostly a defensive battle, with both sides making some great saves. However, it seemed that CCBC Essex was more offensively proactive, taking more shots and pushing the pace throughout the match.
The GivePulse Demo Training provided great tidbits of information while navigating through GivePulse. Although I have been using the website for a couple of years as a Promise Scholarship student. I found some new information in the mini-session, such as the details regarding sharing Zoom links after registering for events. Each Zoom link is supposedly linked to each email upon registration. Therefore, if shared between peers, they would be under the same email and wouldn't distinguish between different users.
The refresh session was extremely insightful and a great reminder of requirements and responsibility associated with the program. Although, some things were repetitive, some points of interest helped jog my brain and relearn some things.
