I sincerely enjoyed being allowed the opportunity to spread kind words of encouragement to my peers. It is important to uplift those around you so that everyone feels supported!
This experience reinforced the importance of giving to those who need it. Not just giving anything, though; giving quality items that you'd want for yourself and your family. Everyone, regardless of class or creed, deserves nice thing.

The car wash was such an amazing experience and really allowed me to bond with the members of the NCNW. People coming for the car wash were such great sports and so generous. I'm lucky to have been able to support the NCNW in this way!
Assisting the NCAT chapter of the NAACP in registering students to vote was an immeasurably rewarding activity. It reinforced my belief in the importance of civic engagement and helped me in persuading other students to see that importance.
