I had a great time serving at the Whitehall Terrace Community Garden. The garden had lots of plants that germinate quickly and can overtake the garden's ability to produce crops. I would love to go back to help clear the rest of the plants and eventually learn how to plant crops in the flower beds.

I enjoyed volunteering at Clay Harmony Leland Elementary School through Hands on Atlanta. I worked with other AUC Students from CAU to help kids ages K-5 learn through different activities such as personal comic strip story making, volcano reactions, and fun gym time.
I loved serving with the City Bridges food bank through Hands on Atlanta. We created an assembly line to provide meats, bread, vegetables, desserts, dairy, and so much more to the line of cars. We also delivered the food to their cars and loaded the products in for them. The church was so giving and supportive. They also allowed us to take food home for ourselves. I will be back to serve with them very soon.
I enjoyed serving at the 2026 Mini Motivator Youth Conference. The event truly inspired the children in attendance to do hard things. Many of the speakers were young entrepreneurs and book writers, who gave great advice to the children. I am so grateful Ms. Tamika Mitchell invited G.L.O.W. to help facilitate conversations and support the vision.
I had a great time serving at the WAWA Street Cleanup event. Cleaning the streets of Martin Luther King Jr Drive on MLK Jr. Day is a powerful action that gave me a new perspective on this day off from school.
I enjoyed volunteering at the AUC Sandwich Run. As a member of NCNW and The Love Letters Project, seeing the turnout from both organizations made my heart happy, and serving was that much more fun! Everyone was here to serve the areas of our community that needed it the most
This weekend, I volunteered at the Atlanta Track Club's 5k and 10k marathon. I helped by supporting runners as they ran along the race path. I could tell by verbal and physical thanks that there were appreciative of the support we gave them in their journey.
