OysterFest on the Harbour

Help us bring OysterFest on the Harbour to life while supporting the animals at the Humane Society of St. Thomas!

Join us on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at the Oyster Yard in the Frenchtown parking lot. The event runs from 4:00–8:00 p.m., with freshly shucked oysters, food and beverages, music by DJ Pete, games, and a restaurant gift certificate raffle.

We’re looking for volunteers to help with:

• Setup: Unloading supplies, moving tables and chairs, and preparing stations. Arrive at 2:00 p.m.

• Event support: Welcoming guests, helping at the HSSTT information table, running games, selling raffle tickets, and assisting where needed.

• Cleanup: Returning furniture, packing supplies, and clearing the event area. Arrive at 7:00–7:30 p.m. and stay through cleanup after the event ends at 8:00 p.m.

Please let us know your availability and preferred role when signing up. You can help with one shift or stay for more!

Wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for an outdoor event. Some setup and cleanup tasks involve lifting; please let us know if you need an assignment that does not require it.
