DIY Litter Pick Up at Bull Creek

Solo cause I got the date wrong...1 bag o trash (spent time sorting recycling and walking back and forth for separate can disposal of recyclables) prettiest piece of trash: pink balloon with white polka dots.

Gathered up 5 large bags of trash close to park at Lakewood/360 and there is much more to be collected! I put the bags in my car and dumped them in the large dumpsters at 6701 Lakewood. As people started walking the trail, only one person commented on my efforts, asking if I had any extra trash bags so she and her family could pick up while they walked. I think it would be a good idea to locate a large dumpster at that parking lot. Maybe people would be more apt not to dump so much. It was pretty disheartening to see how much litter there was. I will collect again.
