Each time I have volunteered I have been able to help guests match to a cat. It's a pretty wonderful experience to be able to interact with the cats and learn their personalities so you can help people find the perfect match for them.

I was able to help one of my favorite kitties find a new family. It was such a good feeling to be able to help someone find the right kitty for them and also find a new forever family for such a sweet cat.
