CHRISTMAS ALL-STARS CLUB - VOLUNTEER BUDDY REGISTRATION

**PRIOR TO REGISTERING YOU MUST SUBMIT A VOLUNTEER APPLICATION (1X ONLY)**

The All-Stars Club offers a night of fun for individuals with special needs, while giving their parents & caregivers a night of rest. Come volunteer as a buddy for the night with one of our all-stars and make a difference!

By volunteering as a buddy you will:

• Make a difference in the life of an all-stars by being a much needed friend
• Afford their parents or caregiver a night of essential rest
• Show in action how much these families are cared for by our community

Thank you for volunteering with us for our very special Christmas All-Stars Club! As a buddy, you will have a blast hanging out with one of our all-stars all while making a huge impact on their life. And you don't need any experience to be a part of our volunteer team. We have experts onsite that will match you with an all-star that fits your experience and be on hand to help in any way possible.

This is a faith-based program so elements of the Christian faith will be woven into the event such as our chapel service which will take place during the final 25 minutes. Below you will find our agenda for the evening along with volunteer roles we are looking to fill. We are so blessed to have this opportunity to serve our community in the capacity and are beyond grateful that you have chosen to serve with us! 

FYI - Volunteers are required to wear an All-Stars tee shirt. If you are new or you need a new shirt, we will sell tees onsite for $10.

VOLUNTEER AGENDA
9:15am-9:40am - Volunteers arrive
9:40am-9:45am - Volunteer briefing/orientation
9:45am-10am - All-Stars are welcomed by volunteers and are assigned to a buddy
10am-11:30am - All-Stars participate in sports activities
11:15am-12:30pm - Snack stand Opens til 8:35pm
11:30am-12:35pm - All-Stars participate in arts and craft activities & karaoke
12:35pm-1:00pm - Families, guests and volunteers are welcome to attend a short worship service
1pm-1:30pm - Dismissal and volunteer clean up
